Plastic Surgery Procedure -- Excision of Silicone in Buttocks with an InfraGluteal Posterior Buttock Lift

This 41-year-old female patient previously had a dangerous foreign substance injected into their buttocks by another doctor. In order to reach the lower portion of the patient’s buttock, Dr. Katzen performed an InfraGluteal Posterior Buttock Lift for the removal of foreign bodies. This procedure enables Dr. Katzen to make his incision along the infra-gluteal fold and dissect upwards to remove the dangerous injections.
