Form 1120 Schedule C - Dividends and Special Deductions

Schedule C is mandatory for all Form 1120 filings. However, many companies can leave Schedule C blank if they do not receive any dividends or income inclusions from other corporate entities.

If a corporation receives dividend income from another corporation, it is critical that it completes Schedule C to benefit from the dividend received deduction (DRD).
