Try this Home Workout to Lose Belly Fat Fast!

Exercise 1- Burpees
Exercise 2- Mountain Climbers
Exercise 3- Jump Squats

3-4 supersets meaning you will perform the next exercise immediately after the other with no rest in between.

Perform 15-20 reps per exercise. 1 minute rest in between sets.

If you are a complete beginner. You can do 2-3 supersets of 10-15 reps each exercise.

Do this 3-4 days per week.

Progression Tips:

1. Do the exercises slow and controlled. Make sure to contract your glutes every rep to feel tension.

2. Every week strive to add more reps and sets.

3. Keep challenging yourself but make sure to not overdo it to avoid getting injured.
