Try this Home Upper Body Workout to lose weight fast!

Exercise 1- Knee Push ups
Exercise 2- Chair Dips
Exercise 3- Superman Hold

3-4 sets of 15-20 reps each exercise. 1 minute rest in between sets.

If you are a complete beginner. You can do 2 sets of 10-15 reps each exercise.

Do this 3-4 days per week.

Progression Tips:

1. Do the exercises slow and controlled. Make sure to contract your muscles every rep to feel tension.

2. Every week strive to add more reps and sets.

3. Keep challenging yourself but make sure to not overdo it to avoid getting injured.
