Try this Home Glutes Workout to get bigger butt fast!

Exercise 1- Single leg glute raise ( Do 15-20 reps each side)
Exercise 2- Hip thrust
Exercise 3- Squats

3-4 sets of 15-20 reps each exercise. 1 minute rest in between sets.

If you are a complete beginner. You can do 2 sets of 10-15 reps each exercise.

Do this 3-4 days per week.

Progression Tips:

1. Do the exercises slow and controlled. Make sure to contract your glutes every rep to feel tension.

2. Every week strive to add more reps and sets.

3. Keep challenging yourself but make sure to not overdo it to avoid getting injured.
