MIRR with the TI 84

In this video, I show you how to calculate the modified internal rate of return (MIRR) using the TI-84 calculator. This method will work whether the future cash flows are all positive numbers, all negative numbers, or a combination of positive and negative numbers to account for future reinvestment. This video replaces a previous video where I showed a method that only calculated the correct answer if all future cash flows were positive.
