Bait and switch tactics plague Hartford legislators to pass bills with nefarious and sometimes confusing legal language that most people are ill equipped to understand. They say the road to hell is paved with good intentions. The Connecticut Board Of Education has yet to be held accountable for appears to be unscrupulous practices with respect to the School system and how it treats student privacy. Are we really getting what we pay for ?
