Connecticut death rate has spiked alarmingly among drug overdose users.
Apparently, Fentanyl is becoming popular particularly amongst Heroin users.
A monumental drug bust in Derby CT In December 2016 led to the arrest of an Arizona man who was in possession of approx 55 lbs of the drug, Fentanyl. The drug would fetch approximately $1.5 million dollars in street sales (according to sources). Apparently the offense for possession of the drug is less severe than that of Heroin.
The drug is said to be manufactured in China and is not traceable in drug screenings.
