Citizens Serve AFFIDAVITS to City of Fredericksburg

The City Manager and City Council of Fredericksburg continue to refuse to acknowledge and respond to the dangers of the American Rescue Plan Act funding with its strings attached.

The citizens of Fredericksburg have now served the city official affidavits demanding they cease and desist maladministration activity or explain their constitutional authority for taking this money.
