Few people know the real history and meaning of "Apartheid." Apartheid refers to the institutionalized racial segregation in South Africa from 1948-the early 1990s. Although Christianity was the dominant religion at the time, in 2001 a Human Rights Conference in Durban South Africa cited Israel as an "apartheid state," launching a wave of hatred that birthed the antisemitic Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions (BDS) movement that since swept nations worldwide. In this episode, we highlight our visit to South Africa and the three events we held in churches located in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town to address the truth about the BDS movement and the growing rise of antisemitism.
