Overall, I am a fan of this Ruger LCP Max 380 pocket pistol. Here is my review of the older Ruger LCP pistol.

As you can see, even back then, I thought that this was one of the best 380 pocket pistols out there. And I have to say, since then, Ruger definitely done some good updates to this model.

There are a few good options out there if you are looking for a micro compact pistol, like for example Glock 42, which I think is the best of the best when it comes to micro compact 380. Here is the review:
