Acadia Insurance Company and Leo Perreault
v. Michael Demers

The Defendant (standing left in this video) a non- Lawyer is cross

examining Mr. Leo Perreault, Director of Claims for Acadia

Insurance company who along with Acadia Insurance company is

suing Mr. Demers claiming Defamation.

ON THIS VIDEO: The Defendant asks Mr. Perreault, who was the

Senior Claims adjuster for Acadia Insurance company and handled

the claim for Haffner’s Oil Company in February 2007) about the

Demers’ meeting with New Hampshire Department of

Environmental Services two months after the oil spill concerning

the cleanup of the oil spill at the Demers family home that had been

declared complete 22 days after the oil spill on February 28, 2007.

The Defendant then asks Mr. Perreault about an expert hired by

Mrs. Demers’ homeowner’s insurance company MMG insurance

hired AQM to reevaluate Acadia’s hired contractors (Enpro Services,

Inc. and Ambrose Environmental Management, Inc.) work. Mr.

Demers then asks Mr. Perreault about the indoor air tests that failed

nine times during the cleanup from February through November

2007.

Mr. Perreault who was the Claims adjuster for Acadia and adjusted

the loss due to an Oil Spill that occurred at his Mother's home in

February of 2007 after Haffner's Oil Company over-filled the families

oil tank.

They are alleging that Mr. Demers made false statements

of facts and defamed them and allege that Mr. Demers Boycott

posters (artwork) cartoons, parodies and satirical works are

defamatory and place them in a false light.
