HELLOWEEN "Halloween" FULL 13 minute HQ version

Growing up on Heavy Metal of the 80's there's no question that Helloween was one of the best Speed/Power Metal bands of the late 1980's. I say WAS, because I had no interest in them once Michael and Kai left the band. As a drummer/composer, I was heavily influenced by their style. Seeing as I'm a bit older than her, I wanted to turn my gal pal onto some cool bands of that era. But remembering that Helloween only made an edited version of their 13 minute opus, "Halloween," I knew she'd be getting gypped. It did NOT do them justice. After perusing YouTube for some time, I realized, the "Full Version" that was floating around on here, was NOT done very well. And as main songwriter and video editor for my own band, Burton's Nightmare, I felt I could do better. It's certainly not perfect, because the one good live video on here from a concert they did in Minneapolis, in 1987, was a fairly decent video for the time, but still played much faster than the studio version. Taking that into account, I hope you appreciate the 3 days work I put into splicing this little gem together. Using Helloweens' original conceptual video, and merging it with the live footage was the best way to showcase this masterpiece to my gal pal Abby Synth (the other half of Burton's Nightmare) and I feel she'll get a better idea of the genius that was "Halloween." Feel free to praise or bash me below. Some parts match up perfectly, while others are slightly off. But it's still the best "Full" version of this song floating around on YouTube. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

If you do like it, feel free to check out our own horror anthem, "Monsters Ball" a tune very influenced by Helloween, and complete
