Making A Mechanics Seat: I looked at mechanics seats/mechanics stools from all the major manufacturers; Snap-On, Kobalt, Torin, Omega, Craftsman, Harbor Freight, etc. and didn't find one that met my standards, so I decided to make my own. This is the story of how I built my mechanics seat and why and how I use it. Lots of fun cutting, welding and head scratching in this one.
