FTR #1031 Interview #1 with Jim DiEugenio about “Destiny Betrayed”

For three months, beginning in November of 2018, Jim DiEugenio did one-hour-long interviews on Dave Emory’s syndicated radio show For the Record. Emory has been broadcasting for 40 years. These 25 programs constitute the longest continuous interview series he has ever done. The subject was a sustained inquiry into DiEugenio’s second edition of Destiny Betrayed.

****NOTE 21 August 2023: I'm dismayed to read the following text on DiEugenio's site, Kennedys and King. Despite his excellent work on the JFK assassination, much of which is discussed in this series, DiEugenio's judgement is questionable, to say the least. An insurrection it was not. An intelligence operative false flag operation? It most certainly was that.

"As everyone knows, January 6, 2021, will go down in history as one of the most frightening days of the new millennium. The only thing I can compare it to is the so-called “Brooks Brothers riot,” that took place in Dade County in 2000 that helped give George W. Bush his illegitimate presidency. That, of course, was not really a riot. It was arranged by people like Congressman John Sweeney and Republican political operative Roger Stone. The idea was to stop a recount of votes in the Miami area that would have likely given the election to Vice-President Al Gore. Through violent and intimidating means, it succeeded in that aim."
