Sometime you have to chase down your target. I decided the best course of action was to try and blow up his vehicle to slow him down. As you can see in the clip the sticky bombs just bounce off the car when I catch up at this point you see the plane dropped on me by the player Ghost_arrow-_-.

I catch up with Ondadole around the corner while he is typing and decided ok a grenade launcher near the car, This worked and a few more grenades and you can see the god mode.
