Fifth and Final Set of 5x2 95 KGs Slow, Tempo Paused BENCH PRESS
Easy money today, boyz.
As I am doing lower volume sets, I am continuing with the trend of doing stricter reps, particularly on pressing, to try and improve pressing power and technique. I am also getting a better hang of unracking at heavier weight. Just need to ingrain/find a good and consistent position, so I can get far enough under the bar, that the weight doesn't fall backwards when lifting off, but also not too far, so that the bar comes in contact with the super long J-hooks when pressing. The added frequency in my program should help in this regard, as well.
