Protestors Fight For Roseanne Boyland's Life Before She is Killed

Michael Joseph Foy’s Emergency Bond Review Motion described the reasons why Foy charged to the top of the Tunnel’s steps and used a hockey stick against the police in defense of Roseanne Boyland. “Someone is being crushed! Let ‘em out! Get her up. Get her up please, save her life! Stop! Stop! She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die! Please stop pepper spray, we’re trying (inaudible)! People are getting tased! Save her! Save her! She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die! She’s dead! She’s dead! I need somebody, she’s dead! I need medical”

The officers disregarded the warnings. They push forward, despite being told that people were being crushed under them. The officers push and strike with their batons. This is very much in line with Police testimony given regarding their mindset that day:

“MINDSET IS KEY… the only way that we could have prevented people from coming though that door was killing emm…”

He is talking into a mic in the collar of his coat on multiple occasions. He covers his mouth with his scarf each time he does this. The mic is visible in other videos where he is in the tunnel.
