Dough recipe:
- Flour 800 gr.
- Milk 300 ml.
- Dry yeast 1 pack 11 gr.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.
The dough should be very soft and stand for 40 minutes.

Minced meat recipe:
- Turkey thigh fillet 500 gr.
- Onion 300 gr.
- Water 70 ml.
- Salt to taste.
- Black pepper to taste.
