Teenager Shot in Dressing Room, Parents Speak

Police have released body camera footage from a fatal shooting that occurred last Thursday in Los Angeles, California. The shooting took the life of a teenager who was accidentally struck by a stray bullet. Now her parents are demanding justice for their daughter and more transparency.
