Today also was an off day. Weight felt really heavy, and I couldn't get my lats to fire properly, resulting in me not being able to stay as tight, and my back rounding a bit. However, I put some tunes on, and this set definitely went the best out of all of them. You can't tell me having the right music on doesn't have an effect on your performance. CRANK. THE. TUNES. 🤟🏻
