Heat Your House for Free!!

In the Midwest, winters can get chilly and we’re always looking for ways to save money on heating bills on our small homestead, especially with propane as high as it is now. One day it occurred to me, we’re putting humidifiers in all of our rooms and spending money on heating the house while we’re venting all of our dryer exhaust (moist and hot air) into the cold outside. Why not use it to heat and humidify since we were already spending the money to dry our clothes? Seemed like a no brainer, but nobody I know is doing it. We’ve been using this product for about 4 years now and haven’t had any problems. We’ve had no mildew or moisture build-up because we keep our laundry door open whenever we are using the dryer.
