Flight attendants want change after difficult year

It has been a difficult week for the airline industry with thousands of cancelations in many cases due to staffing issues. Travel impacts of course lead to frustrated travelers and as Joe St. George reports, this year has set records for the number of complaints in the sky. One question some are asking is should Congress do more to penalize those who lash out in the air.
