Romeo San Andrés by Romeo y Julieta Toro Cigar Review
This 6x54 stick features a very dark chocolate firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, an oily toothy feel of fine grit sand paper, double cap and pungent camp fire like aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with minimal mild bodied smoke production showing flavors of a dry sweet hay and dark cocoa lingering on the long finish. The first third after using a draw poker opened up to normal with medium bodied smoke showing flavors of the same but much richer. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with excellent construction holding a solid ash with a razor sharp burn. Flavors are very plain with just a mild-medium slightly sweet hay. Ending at 55 minutes the last third finally wakes up adding a milk chocolate to the mic with the body at medium.
