Hi! I am Wendy J Holloway, Master Life Coach, Certified Health Coach and Confidence Coach. I am hosting an Anti-Inflammatory Challenge for the first 21 Days of 2022 to kick off your New Year with your health in YOUR hands.

Betty Barnett joined the 21 Day Reset Anti-Inflammatory Challenge for her gut health. Gut health affects anxiety, depression, energy levels. She likes being part of the group for the accountability, because she has found the first few days particularly challenging.Joining a group means more ideas of what to eat and more motivation to stick to it.
