The claims made in this two minute clip are truly appalling & ride roughshod not only over constitutional matters but also international codes of bioethics, as you’ve been effectively publicising of late.
Yet, I can’t quite believe this. Can it really be true? I expect those who understand the New York State legislature can tell us whether it’s true or not.
