Freedom and Transhumanism: Should People Have the Freedom to Enhance Their Bodies?

Thinking through the conflictions of transhumanism and freedom. The transgender movement is a steppingstone to transhumanism. The transhuman topic is the future culture war, in my opinion. How much freedom should someone have to change and enhance their bodies? Should people be allowed to increase their intelligence through gene editing?
