This video was actually an outtake from a practice demo video of myself painting while teaching painting techniques to an audience. I am an art teacher ( for kids and adults in a workshop type) and a former Fine Arts College lecturer ( well thank God, my subjects were on Principles of Design II and Materials II) but it always has been a struggle for me to multi-task ex. speaking while drawing or painting or creating a mix media or fashion jewelry making. I get to perform well if I would do one task after the other. So I'm all hands up to vloggers or art teachers who could do two tasks or three all at the same time. Therefore, the practical wisdom that I thought of if ever I'd teach online is to pre-record everything and use VO ( voice over ).

*** ON THE TOPIC OF MUTI -TASKING: Well some Scientific studies show that multi=tasking actually lowers a person's IQ. So that explains it. My professor in Psychology before I shifted to Fine Arts once said that male who by nature has compartmentalized brain is single task focused therefore they excel more in performance compared to a woman who can do multi-tasking. Although men are the ones whose IQ lowers more in task performance when given a multitasking activity compared to women. However as a whole men would always excel more in task performances compared to women. Yet a study also shows that men and women are equally affected and both get lowered performance in the context of multi-tasking.
