Posterior Buttock Lift for Silicone Removal

This middle aged patient previously had silicone injected into their buttocks. The patient developed localized pain that radiates down the leg as well as some skin texture changes. So, Dr. Katzen performed a posterior body lift in order to remove the silicone. The patient is now pain free and is very happy with their results!
