Sautéed chicken breast with salsa Verde
Ingredients for sauce
-3 Tomatillos
- 1/2 White onion
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 fresh lime juice
- 1-2 jalapeño or serrano peppers
- Salt to taste

1 Remove papery husk from tomatillos and Wash well
2 Coat the bottom of a skillet with little oil .Heat on high
3 Place the tomatillos, Garlic, onion , Peppers Add salt in the pan and sear on both side
4 remove from heat

Pulse in blender
Place to cooked tomatillos, lime juice, onions, garlic, cilantro, chili peppers in a blender or food processor and pulse until all ingredients are finally chopped and mixed
