Tender and juicy Chicken breast under potatoes and cheese

Ingredients

3 or 4 if small chicken breast
350 grams of boiled potatoes
150 grams of boiled carrots
100 -150 grams of cheese ( I used part skim mozzarella)
3-4 cloves of garlic
Fresh herbs
2 tbs of sour cream ( I used light Daisy)
1-2 tbsp of mayonnaise ( I used light)
