So after a number of chapters Jacob Schiff reappears in the story, followed by Wiseman (monitoring Trotsky's exit) and Parvus (aiding Lenin's return), this all related to the news of the February Revolution, the fall of the Tsar and rise of the Kerensky provisional government. But at the same time America was entering the war against Germany, and these events are very much related - not regarding some involvement by Morgan and Rockefeller, btw. Oh, and the Jewish author takes a big ol' crap on anyone thinking about thinking antisemtically...
