置富花園的發展商是置地，1978年開始入伙，
共有27座，提供4,328個單位。
還境很好，居高臨下，有些單位有無敵海景。
翻新後，外牆變了柔和的啡色。
有商場，街市，多條巴士線，但沒有地鐵。
不頻密去其他區的話，是不錯的住宅區。
來過之後，對置富花園印象改觀了，提升了。
2021年12月呎價是HK＄15K左右。
The developer of Chi Fu Fa Yuen is HK Land, and it has been occupied since 1978.
There are 27 blocks in total, providing 4,328 units.
The environment is very good, condescending, and some units have invincible sea views.
There are shopping mall, market, bus lines, but no MTR.
If you don't go to other areas frequently, it is a good residential area.
After this visit, my impression of Chi Fu has changed and improved.
The price per square foot in December 2021 is around HK$15K.
