COVID-19 AND MRNA VACCINES THE FIRST WHISTLEBLOWER

Do you know what the difference is between a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer and a shrimp? One of them is a bottom feeder that completely changes colour under heat. The other is a tasty crustacean that goes well with cocktail sauce. The Canadian federal police and intelligence are attempting to steal the last piece of my identification, my drivers license, in this sad attempt at playing police from George Orwell's 1984. An undisclosed number of virologists were escorted out from Canada's world-class National Microbiology Laboratory (NML), located in Winnipeg, on July 5th of 2019. Their tracks were covered up by the Canadian authorities, and the recently state subsidized media. Then these virologists disappeared from public view throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. These virologists are Canadian citizens, with Chinese origins, but the media and the Canadian Intelligence are dishonestly portraying them as Chinese citizens. They had just returned from the Covid-19 pandemic project at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and were shielded by the Canadian authorities. I have direct leaks from the Canadian intelligence.

In this group were BSL4 researchers Xiangguo Qiu and her husband Keding Cheng, the same virologists responsible for transferring Ebola and Henipal virus to the Wuhan Institute of Virology on March 31st of 2019. Genetically modified Henipal virus strains were found in the samples of the first Covid-19 patients, obtained by the World Health Organization, establishing a firm connection between these labotories. The Public Health Agency of Canada is still refusing to disclose information on their disappearance, and sudden dismissal.

This world class laboratory has had 11 years of indefensible scandals, starting with 22 vials of pathogens disappearing without anyone filing federal police reports in 2009. This lab obtained a previously unknown type of coronavirus in May 4th of 2013, discovered from the lungs of a Saudi Arabian patient. Oddly enough, 2013 by chance occurence was the same year that China's President Xi Jinping became a meme with Winnie the Pooh, his likeness being compared to the cartoon bear, named after a real black bear named Winnie. Winnie was named by Harry Osborne, who bought the bear for $20 after World War I, who named the bear after his adopted hometown of Winnipeg.

Construction of Canada's NML began on December of 1992, and the facility was designed to be the best in the world upon its completion in 1997, officially opening its doors in 1999. The laboratory was directed by Dr. Frank Plummer, a world renowned virologist with extensive experiences in pathogen outbreaks, for 13 years until 2014. He was the director when this unique strain of coronavirus mutation was transferred and researched in 2013. Plummer conveniently passed away from heart failure in Kenya, just weeks after the pandemic began on February 4th of 2020.

Dr. Plummer had very strong connections with Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Gain of function research was authorized in 2017, by Fauci for the Wuhan Institute of Virology, in preparation for the Covid-19 pandemic project. The pandemic was outlined with incredulous accuracy on the SPARS Pandemic Scenario by John Hopkins, published in the same year to create a preemptive appearance that a global coronavirus outbreak could happen. COVID-19 Patient zeros were prepared on October of 2019, the same time that the Gates Foundation ran its coronavirus outbreak simulation, titled Event 201. I believe I was the first whistleblower, having obtained footage directly from Wuhan and linking it with the Winnipeg lab.

The pandemic was timed against the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election, and the mail in ballots were rigged by the corporate U.S. government to establish their mouthpiece, Joe Biden, as the president. I followed the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election closely, and my online gambling account on 5dimes (5D1991289) will reveal I had predicted a landslide Electoral College victory for Donald Trump, winning just north of $1300 as a university student. I realized that there was something severely wrong with the U.S. establishment, after the democratic primaries with Senator Bernie Sanders against Secretary Hillary Clinton, where none of the establishment data added up.

The narrative that independent voters were skewing the statistics for Senator Sanders were debunked, when they predicted a landslide Clinton victory by an average of 21.4 points at Michigan, a closed primary without independent voters, which was won by Senator Sanders. This was statistical impossible, which added fuel to my belief that there was deep seated state corruption in the U.S. I decided to commit to further research, ignoring all narratives, and realized what was really happening on the ground. My former roommates on 19 Montcalm crescent, Winnipeg, were witnesses to this event. They all played for the police when I was investigated in 2017, for uncovering their unconstitutional surveillance program, and I don't feel bad about giving them up: Vlad, Dan, and Lee.

July 5th of 2019, the Winnipeg NML virologist coverup date, happened by chance to end up being my flight date (UA5974, UA545, UA854, LA2234), when I flew to Iquitos, Peru, for a brief escape from the Canadian Police. I was under suffocating surveillance for uncovering their illegal East German Federal Police surveillance program, across the nation since April of 2017, having lost my entire life because of their illegal investigation. I possessed prior knowledge of Canadian intelligence operations from a schoolmate, Fisher Will, that I attended school with for 5 years from 2005 - 2010. His mother, Catherine Will (alias), was an intelligence operative posing as an accountant.

I practically lived out of their house, 427 Lansdowne Avenue, Winnipeg, for over 2 years, and learned information that was supposed to have been classified to the public. I investigated oddities with Cathy's cover life, and she unintentionally shared several key clues as well. I managed to get a confirmation on this by a chance meeting, from a longtime family friend of the Wills, before she retired and left Winnipeg. It happened just before my life was flipped upside down by the Winnipeg Police in 2017. I returned to Winnipeg on the second week of September, and then the Covid-19 pandemic began soon afterwards. I used their monitoring for intel gathering on heavy rumors circulating locally from Canada's NML, then collected intel through responses from the sudden increase in undercover intelligence presense. I started raising the alarm of a serious outbreak with underground civilian footage from Wuhan, through my wiretapped devices, to the Winnipeg Police and the RCMP. Their undercover presense became extremely suffocating, after I uncovered underground coronavirus research history from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and then linked this information with the virologists from the Canadian NML controversies with the WIV. Then I used responses from their intelligence operatives to uncover what really happened on July 5th of 2019.

I also remember that the pandemic began weeks earlier than the mainstream narrative. I saw the footage of civil unrest and translated social media chat records about a viral outbreak from Wuhan by mid November. I strongly believe that patient zeros must have been prepared around October of 2019, around the same time as the Gates Foundation simulation of a coronavirus outbreak from swine to humans on October 18th, titled Event 201.

V.I.N: KM8J3CA4XHU483270. What was left of my personal possessions, finances, travel documents, etc, were stolen out of this vehicle by undercover operatives on my birthdate on July 11th. The RCMP File Number for this crime is 2021-46847. Then they discreetly towed my vehicle, 12 days later, on July 23rd overnight. They hid the vehicle for 5 months with a police compliant towing company, Brian's Towing on 1120 Brant Avenue, who denied having the vehicle until I began recording them.

The RCMP committed another coordinated assault, from undercovers posing as residents at the Cornerstone Shelter, on 425 Leon Avenue where I am trapped. They did this on my mother's birthdate, August 23rd, as a message. The RCMP File Number: 2021-55128. This case was filed by Constable Jacqualine Davidson, and I was told by undercovers at the shelter that I would be murdered if I tried to press charges. I tried to press charges anyways, calling this bluff since they are attempting to murder me anyways away from public view, but they instead decided to obstruct justice with all of the law firms and the Law Courts. I recorded my interactions with them, which are very apparent, and posted them on my channel.

A third recorded premeditated crime happened against me in Kelowna, at the Canadian Tire parking lot on 1655 Leckie Road. 4 undercover officers posing as Canadian tire employees surrounded, physically harassed, applied intimidation tactics, and then attempted to steal my mobile device as I walked through. This case is under Constable William Elson, RCMP File Number: 2021-78740. The event happened right underneath a CCTV camera, which I demanded the footage from, and then all contact ended.

What is happening in Kelowna is akin to what happened with Julian Assange in London, United Kingdom, outside the Ecuadorian embassy. The city has been taken over by the Canadian authorities and intelligence, and the atmosphere must be how a East German city must have felt during the days of the Soviet Union. The residents are aware, that there is a massive operation happening, but are all afraid to speak up apart from the few anonymous protests. Unlike the Julian Assange case the Canadian authorities have no grounds for arrest, and I can still roam around in public view.

They are nefariously undermining the entire justice department, and these deranged 'intelligence' operatives are attempting to psychologically torture me into suicide.
