HF Stealth Antenna

LED Strings / Fairy Lights used as an HF dipole (Just for Fun).

Each LED string has two conductors (+ & -) that has been fed via two 1N60P diodes connected inversely per side.

One forward biased toward the positive wire and the other in reverse direction connected to the negative wire.

The other end of both diodes are connected to each other and then connected to one side of the transmission line.

This config is repeated on the other side also.

2x 1N60P diodes per side in a push pull config to drive one LED string Element.
(((All Up, 4x 1N60P diodes for two elements)))

Amazingly the system radiates very well !

It could be a clever way to run a wire antenna when the use of a wire antenna is disallowed.

It would be disguised as decorative fairy lights.

The two wires of each led string act as a capacitor and the AC signal has the positive half of the sine enter the positive wire and the negative side of the sine removes positive charge from the negative wire and henceforth creates a capacitive potential difference between the two wires that resolves its difference via the LED's.

(((One side of the sine also has direct full length access to the whole wire length on one wire
and vice versa on the other side of the sine on the other wire.)))
