This video was taken in September very early on in my born-again journey and it goes into detail about how the trauma I went through kept me from having faith and coming into relationship with Jesus Christ. It was first posted in our Facebook group and on Patreon so I did an intro at the beginning of the video to help re-introduce it. I hope that it helps those out there that haven't felt able to join any of our closed spaces where we discuss in detail our experiences. I understand just how hard it would be as a survivor, and I hope my testimony helps you to feel less alone. In the future I do hope to take a video talking about ways that believers can approach survivors that have experienced religious/spiritual trauma in a way as to not trigger them and cross their boundaries so they aren't harmed and pushed even further away from desiring a relationship with Christ. I know in this video I didn't go into solutions on that in a whole lot of detail. Much care to everyone!!

*IMPORTANT* There are some glitches I can see in the video, a flash that come up on the screen while watching it, looks like it only happens like a couple of times in the first part of the video. I am going to leave the video up for now, I'm not sure what is causing it, but it doesn't stop anyone from hearing everything I'm saying, and it's very quick, so I don't think it will take away from the message of the video, but yeah, I apologize everyone for any inconvenience it may cause. I will take it into consideration for now, and look into the problem.
