I noticed this player again yesterday afternoon but didn't manage to get a clip. It had been relatively quiet because it turned out R* did in fact ban all his accounts. He was telling us that he had to pay an actual hacker to unban his accounts. this is quite concerning that someone was able to pay someone to skirt a ban especially with this players conduct.

later after the clip he changed everyone's name in lobby to KillAllNiggers. This is the prime example of a toxic player and I petition R* again to ban him
