Blew(Nirvana Cover) - Demo - Based4Life - 12.27.2021

I really like the live version from Live and Loud and Live at the Paramount. I tried to do something in between the two by capturing the 3 piece sound from ‘91 with the half step down tuning from ‘93.

The guitar sound comes from a PRS SE Custom with a Boss OS-2, Digitech Chorus Factory, and Line6 Spider IV 120 amp. The bass is an Ibanez SD-GR with an Acoustic B450 MKII amp with compression. The drums are a Pearl EX set with Sabian B8 cymbal set with an additional Zildjian ZBT crash and only 2 mics on the entire set(working on grabbing a full mic kit and mixer). All tracks are live, one takes, with zero effects other than the occasional compressor.
