Ingredients for Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta:
â–º3/4 lb fettuccine or penne pasta
â–º1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
â–º1 Tbsp oil
â–º1 small onion, finely chopped
â–º2 Tbsp butter
â–º1 garlic clove
â–º1/3 cup white wine (I used Ste Chapelle Chardonnay ~$6)
â–º2 cups heavy whipping cream
â–º1/3 cup parmesan cheese
â–ºS&P to taste
â–ºSprinkle of paprika
â–ºParsley or basil for garnish if desired
