A must try creamy shrimp Alfredo pasta! It is surprisingly easy to make and is ready in under 30 minutes. This Shrimp Fettuccine is major comfort food.
Ingredients for Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta:
â–º3/4 lb fettuccine or penne pasta
â–º1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
â–º1 Tbsp oil
â–º1 small onion, finely chopped
â–º2 Tbsp butter
â–º1 garlic clove
â–º1/3 cup white wine (I used Ste Chapelle Chardonnay ~$6)
â–º2 cups heavy whipping cream
â–º1/3 cup parmesan cheese
â–ºS&P to taste
â–ºSprinkle of paprika
â–ºParsley or basil for garnish if desired
