Historic Japan 1958 - Bill Kunkel home footage while serving in Army in Korea

This is 8mm footage of Japan that Bill Kunkel took while on leave as he was serving with the Army in South Korea after the war ended. He served in the Army which interrupted his professional baseball career. However, when he returned from serving in the Military, he played in the Major Leagues with the Kansas City Athletics in 1961-1962 and with the New York Yankees in 1963. He then became a Major League Umpire with an 18 year career.
