打呼增加中風危機! 3個動作緩解打鼾

即使打鼾並非出於自願,但打鼾還是造成枕邊人的困擾,但除了干擾到旁人外,打鼾其實對身體也有巨大的影響。打呼除了會造成頸動脈狹窄外,若嚴重一些演變為「睡眠呼吸中止症」身體會長期缺氧,引發高血壓、心律不整,甚至增加中風機率。
▲緩解打鼾3動作
1.隨時做深呼吸
可以為身體增加供氧量,並改善因喉部肌肉張力鬆弛造成的打鼾;另一方面也可降低氣流速度、減少氣流擾動,能改善軟組織增生。
2.口腔周圍肌肉訓練
先將視線平視前方,然後仰頭成45度角後,將下巴往上頂出,然後再慢慢回復原狀,按照順序每個動作維持5秒鐘,進行30下就可,此動作可伸展咽喉部肌肉,天天做就可改善打呼情形。
3.側睡
採側睡臥,讓舌頭不往後傾擋到呼吸道,可降低舌頭堵塞呼吸道的機率,解決引起打呼的問題。並可加上抱枕的使用,以分散身體側面的負擔,幫助維持整晚側臥的姿勢,降低呼吸道不暢通的機率。
若長期打鼾音量越來越大,且出現白天嗜睡、易疲累及合併睡眠時呼吸中止等症狀,應請求助醫療來解決。
