Exploits: Rapid fire sniper with explosions, God Mode

While out having a drive after my last interaction i came across this bloke almost by accident. he was not only killing me at this point but a whole group of people using a variety of exploits but ill only report the ones I clipped.

The first shot from an explosive sniper rifle could be a legitimate kill however evidence later in the clip bares out that it was an actual exploit as to the speed he was able to fire the weapon. God mode is once again present. It seem that these "Players" can not live with out it to even go as far as to pay a Menu developer for a menu rather then pay r* for the services they try to ruin.
