This place 25 years ago was at least sand and a beach, the odd camel. Now its disgusting. The sand is black, its so noisy you can't hear yourself think. There are quad bikes zooming about, poor camels and horses who would rather be elsewhere and a slimy sludge about 200m from the waters edge. Avoid at all costs especially if you had good memories here.
