Flying a Blackbolt (T1 Scout) in a TDM. Admittedly, I can get more damage in a strike fighter or gunship, but these work well in all kinds of situations. EMP can clear/disable mines, disable ship abilities (including the slicer). The only oops was turning too fast and ran into an asteroid.
