1. huge part of losing weight is believing  you can do it and realizing it’s not going to happen overnight.

2. Don’t reward yourself with food. You are not a dog.

3.Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

4. Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.

5. Excuses don’t burn calories.

6. I don’t stop when I’m tired, I stop when I’m DONE!
