True Blue Ameraucana Rooster

In the poultry raising community, there is a large amount of confusion upon the differences between Americana and Easter Egger chickens. In this video I show you what a true blue Americana rooster looks like. This rooster was purchased from hog heaven farms. True Ameraucanas from them are about $40 per chick at 8 weeks old. Ameraucana's have a select set of colors as well as an egg color that they *must have* which makes them differ from Easter's Eggers. Also, as you can see, the build of this rooster is different than that of Easter Eggers.
