Improved Army Zero Procedures

Army 25-meter zero ranges can be inefficient. Here's how to have the range be more effective. Cheap mini-binoculars with 8-12X magnification ($10-$15 each) from the PX, any department store, or online retailer can easily see a .22 caliber bullet hole at 25 meters. Army issue M22 or M24 binoculars are even better and have a mil reticle.
