Forcing cones can be problematic to cast bullet shooters. However, even a properly cut smooth forcing cone can get plated with a little lead fouling even when everything with the load is right. I give my best attempt to explain 2 reasons why I believe this to be so. Some light leading at the forcing cone will be a fact of life for many of us cast bullet shooters.
