Are You A Carnivorous Predator, Human?

Humans are not omnivores we are not built to eat everything but other animals. Why are you a superior carnivore than wolves or tigers? What are our commonalities, why canines do not define a predator.....we are better, far, far better carnivores than the wolves or tigers.
